Shipping Address:  We only ship to PayPal Confirmed Addresses, so please be sure you select the correct address when checking out. We prefer to ship to a physical street address instead of a P.O. Box, if possible.

Shipping Cost: The winning bidder will pay calculated shipping costs for this item based on the weight when packaged. Please use the eBay Shipping Calculator at the bottom of this auction to receive a shipping total.

Shipping Services: Based on the weight and size of this item, it will either be shipped using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Global Express or by means of a Freight shipper. We ship all items within 2 days

 

Returns:    We are a large volume liquidator and Consignee and have to follow a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to insure that each and every customer is taken care of in an expedient manner. We do not check emails sent outside of eBay because of spam and spoof emails.  Emails that are sent outside of eBay will not be answered.  We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your item. These policies are put in place to ensure that you will receive the fastest customer service possible. 

Refunds/Returns: We have created a return policy that ensures the fastest return/refund and money back guarantee that is available on eBay. We accept returns for any defects found with our products. We will refund the sale price plus original shipping cost after the item has been returned to our office.  We do not offer replacements for defective units. We do not cover return shipping to get your item back, but we will cover the original shipping cost. Every unit has a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee from the time you receive it. The 7-day period begins when the USPS/UPS shipper indicates the package has been received. If a problem with your item occurs after the 7 day warranty period, no refund will be issued nor will returns be accepted. If you have a problem with your item, simply fill out the RMA Form. Print and include the RMA form when you return your item. The item must be shipped back to us within 3 days of the RMA date or the original 7 day warranty period. We will not cover anything shipped back to us after the warranty period. We will return your item as-is and deny all refunds. We purchase our inventory with limited warranty and have to follow these guidelines to ensure that you are taken care of quickly and the product is returned to the manufacturer in the given warranty time frame. These warranty guidelines allow us to ensure that you have a great experience, and if a problem arises it will be dealt with as quickly as possible. All refunds will be issued within 48 business hours of receiving your item.

 

We accept returns for defects including the following: Functionality problems, Activation issues, and DOA units (dead on arrival). Refunds will not be honored for any cosmetic issues on USED or AS-IS products. We do our best to describe every unit and realize there is a slight difference from item to item, but everything is sold as stated in the auction. Duty fees/charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.
